中里巴人资历背景

真名郑幅中，北京中医协会理事。网络第一畅销书《求医不如求己》作者。
    中里巴人家学渊源甚深，其父为八卦掌第四代传人。自幼，中里巴人师承父亲练习道家导引养生功法，更从祖父的亲书秘笈中汲取中医之精髓，后又研读了中医各家经典和现代医学典籍，尽得医武同源之意趣。根据自己对人体经络的切身理解和体会，中里巴人认为治病不如防病、关注疾病不如关注健康，结合亲身感悟，写成了《求医不如求己》和《求医不如求己2》，告诉大家在疾病未发之时如何预防，在所谓亚健康的状态下如何调理。
    新世纪来临之际，中里巴人被现今87岁的太极名家李宝良先生收为关门弟子，老师将其终生所悟倾囊相授。
    中里巴人是《人体使用手册》作者吴清忠先生的中医启蒙老师，两人相聚之时常常共诵心经，品茗论赋，其超然物外之闲境，堪效古人。
    "中里巴人"其名，源于春秋战国时的两首古曲《阳春白雪》和《下里巴人》。中里巴人一名，寄寓将中医传承于千家万户的理想，一如唐代诗人刘禹锡的名句"旧时王谢堂前燕，飞入寻常百姓家"。
