我们知道一般打印机的纸张类型以A4纸张为多，所以很多软件默认的尺寸均是以A4尺寸。比如像Word 、Excel等等。

但是Office大家族中，有个另类，即PPT，他的默认尺寸并不是A4,而是宽25.4厘米，高19.05厘米。

我们知道A4纸张的大小是宽29.7厘米，高21厘米，当然你可以把A4的尺寸说成是高29.7厘米，宽21厘米。

所以PPT的默认尺寸类似于横版的A4，但是比横版的A4的尺寸要小。

这就造成了在用A4纸张打印PPT时打在纸张上的东东都是横版的，并且四周会留有明显的白边。

虽然你可以手工更改PPT的尺寸，但要注意更改后PPT变版的问题，需要从新检查演示文稿是否出现瑕疵。

如果对方非得要合适的A4尺寸打印，最好在制作PPT之前先把纸张的尺寸设置成A4的，然后在排版PPT。
