　　如果你不知道你所处的位置，你怎么知道你的方向是否正确呢？我们总是只顾埋头做内容，因此当上级问到“制作那个视频我们得到了什么”的时候，我们无言以对。

　　对于任何项目来说，为每部分内容设定清晰可行的目标非常重要。想想你想要得到什么（潜在客户，网站流量，让用户在你的网站上停留更长时间），还要想想如何确定这些内容是否有助于实现目标。

　　在新的内容即将发布之前或许有必要进行基准测试。在开展工作的时候结合额外的预算进行思考，这样才能更好地判定工作的可行性。提前做好这些决定，你就可以知道哪些内容是应该优先做的，同时可以淘汰不符合业务目标的项目，节省时间、金钱，也让你少些头痛。

　　还有，任何品牌活动、营销活动的目标都应该与企业的业务目标保持一致，否则就没有意义了。
