2021年10月29日下午，美丽的苏州大学本部校园里，秋高气爽，风和日丽，枫叶深红醉人，银杏金叶飘洒 ....... 。在苏州大学继续教育学院学术报告厅，鲍老师应邀为来自苏州税务系统的68位税务干部们做了“资本市场与私募基金税务监管”的主题分享。老师从国内资本市场的最新发展举措谈起，就我国私募基金发展及其监管方面存在的问题和改革趋势做了通俗易懂的解析，进而就我国私募基金税务处理和税收优惠政策中的税务风险管控重点以及私募备案、募集、投资、管理、退出、清算6个环节的税务风险管理策略与苏州税务部门的征管稽查精英们做了全方位的分享和交流。这次专题讲座受到了局长带队的税务干部的高度认可和赞扬，大家表示，苏州市在极力打造产业规划转型升级中提出了大力推动私募创投行业可持续高质量发展，也出台了相关政策扶持文件，未来苏州税务机关对本地私募创投行业的税务监管必须与时俱进，同时为私募创投机构提供高质量的纳税服务。
